摘要
根据超高强集装箱用钢的特点和要求,通过制定合理的化学成分和生产工艺,采用添加Nb,Ti微合金化成分设计以及控轧控冷技术,在莱钢1500mm热轧生产线成功开发屈服强度700MPa级超高强集装箱用钢LG700MC。同时对该钢的组织形态和析出相分布与形貌进行了研究分析。结果表明,产品的力学性能和冷成型性能良好,均满足制造高性能集装箱的要求。
According to the characteristic anu uemand of super high strengh steel for container,by rationally designing chemical compositions and manufacturing process which included Nb-Ti micro-alloying composition design and controlled rolling and cooling technology, super high strength steel for container with yield strength of 700 Mpa (LG700MC) has been produced successfully in 1 500 mm hot roiling line of Laigang Group. Meanwhile, microstructure morphology of the steel and distribution of the precipitation phase had been analyzed. The results showed that the mechanical properties and cold forming performance of LGT00MC strip were well to meet the requirements manufacturing high-performance container.
