摘要
针对Q345E H型轧材低温冲击性能不稳定的问题进行了分析,认为冲击性能不稳是由于轧材内部存在较多夹杂物,并存在粗大魏氏体组织。解决问题的关键在于稳定转炉脱磷操作,优化精炼脱氧工艺,改善吹氩效果,防止连铸生产过程卷渣,降低夹杂物数量与尺寸;控制终轧温度及轧后冷却速度,避免出现魏氏体组织。
In this paper, analysis on instability of low-temperature impact property of Q345E H-Beam was carried out, and the reasons for instability of impact property were believed to be the existence of more inclusion and rough widmanstaten microstructure. The key to solve the problems was to stabilize the dephosphorization of converter, improve the deoxidization process in refining furnace and the effects of argon blowing, prevent the the slag entrapment during continuous east process, reduce quantity and size of inclusion, control finishing rolling temperature and cooling velocity after rolling, and avoid the appearance of widmanstaten mierostructure.
