摘要
以鲁南矿业有限公司MQG210/300球磨机改造用的大型双列向心球面滚子轴承为分析对象,基于有限元分析软件ANSYS,建立了滚动轴承接触分析的三维有限元模型,对轴承的接触问题进行了数值模拟,得到了轴承承载过程中的应力和变形分布。通过与hertz理论计算结果对比分析,两者结果比较接近。承载能力足够。
Taking large-scale double rew centripetal-spherical roller bearing used in the transformation of MQG210/300 ball mill of Lunan Mining Limited Company as the analysis object, based on FEM software ANSYS, three dimensional finite element model for contact analysis of the rolling bearing was established, and the value simulation was carried on for the bearing contact questions, the stress and distortion distribution during the loading process of bearing were obtained. Through comparative analysis with the results of hertz theoretical calculation, both results were quitely close. Bearing capacity was enough.
