摘要
本文介绍了铜材挤压机水封头的工作原理,分析了改进前水封头的存在堵头、容易导致产品氧化、产品成材率低等缺陷,通过改造水封头的结构,提出了采用水帘式水封方式对水封头进行改进,优化内孔最小尺寸,增加水帘出水位置距离前梁与模座接触面等改进要点。实验表明改造后的水封头大大减少了生产故障时间,从而提高了生产效率。
The working principle of water seal cap in the 800t copper extruder is introduced in this paper and some defects of water seal tank are analyzed.The improving solution is proposed by redesigning the structure of the water seal tank.The production downtime is reduced by applying new solution,which improved production efficiency as well as product quality.
