摘要 过电压保护器的自身安全亟需解决。本文介绍了基于大能容防爆型的复合式过电压保护装置。应用改进工艺扩大阀片能容量、加装短路保护组件来实现防爆功能、通过CT来检测动作次数并与后台通讯达到整个电气系统联系在一起,顺应电气综合自动化的要求,对自身产品短路有保护,提高单台能容量发挥更大的使用价值,给用户提供一个安全、实用、方便的新型复合式过电压保护装置。产品具有实时性、可控性、防爆性、自动化性能等方面的优势,提高了企业的自动化控制水平、系统过电压保护水平和经济效益,保障企业安全运行,实现可持续发展。 The self safety of over-voltage protection equipment needs to be solved at once.In this article,the large capacity explosion-proof composite over-voltage protection device is introduced.Through innovating process to expand the capacity of the valve can,adding short-circuit protection components to realize explosion-proof function and checking action times with CT to connect back communications to meet the require of electrical automation.This can protect short-circuit their own products,and improve single energy capacity to supply a safety practical utility and convenient new composite over-voltage protection device.This product has lots of advantages such as real-time,controllability,permissibility and automated performance.It can improve enterprise's automatic control level and system over-voltage protection level,as well as economic benefits,to protect safety production and realize continuous development.
