摘要
在工程建设、设备检修实施过程中发生现场签证大多时是不可避免的,而且事主方因利益原因还会存在许多争议,引起经济纠纷。本文针对现场签证发生的原因、签证存在的主要失真情况进行了认真的探求分析,从保护建设方的合法权益出发,结合实际具体提出了预防对策。
In the construction and equipment maintenance,most of the on-site visa is inevitable during the implementation,and a lot of controversies existed for the victims because of the interests,causing economic disputes.In this article,the causes for on-site visa occurred and the main distortion situations are carefully analyzed.Starting from the protection of the legitimate rights and interests of the construction side,the detail preventive measures are proposed.
