The elementary education requires the normal students to grow into mature teachers rapidly after their graduation.For this purpose,the normal education should cultivate students＇ vocational ability in the real situation.The evaluation of their grades as the guidance,encouragement and supervision for their study can stimulate their participation in the practical activities and hence improve their comprehensive caliber.
