摘要
基础教育要求师范生在毕业后迅速成长为成熟型教师,为此,师范教育必须在真实教育情境中培养学生的职业能力。通过发挥学业成绩评价对学生学习的导向、激励和监控作用,可以激发师范生参与真实情境中的实践活动的动机,在实践中提高自己作为教师的职业能力和综合素质。
The elementary education requires the normal students to grow into mature teachers rapidly after their graduation.For this purpose,the normal education should cultivate students' vocational ability in the real situation.The evaluation of their grades as the guidance,encouragement and supervision for their study can stimulate their participation in the practical activities and hence improve their comprehensive caliber.
