摘要
分别测定了巨胚龙特浦B和龙特浦B的糙米蛋白质、脂肪及17种氨基酸的含量。巨胚龙特浦B与龙特浦B比较,糙米的蛋白质含量从9.00%提高到9.60%,增加了6.70%;脂肪含量从2.50%提高到5.06%,增加了102.40%。测定的17种氨基酸中有16种含量有提高,0.29%~30.36%,其中蛋氨酸、亮氨酸、异亮氨酸、赖氨酸等4种人体必需氨基酸含量分别提高11.83%、5.99%、5.45%和5.94%。育成的巨胚龙特浦B的糙米营养较龙特浦B有较大提高。
The contents of brown rice proteins, fats and the 17 kinds of amino acids of giant\|embryo LongtepuB(ge\|LTP B)and its original LTP B were measured. The results indicated that, compared with its original LTP B, ge\|LTP B has an increase in the contents of its brown rice proteins and fats, from 9 00%to 9 60%, and 2 50% to 5 06%, an increase by 6 70% and 102 40% respectively. The measured contents of 16 out of the 17 kinds of amino acids rose by 0 29% to 30 36%, among which the contents of Methionine,Leucine and Lysine essential to human body increase by 11 83%,5 99% and 5 95% respectively.The development of the giant embryo rice was also discussed in this paper.
