耐热大白菜留种和加代技术的研究 被引量:3

摘要 采用低温冷藏、分身扦插、高海拔山区假植等方法探讨适宜南方耐热大白菜的留种技术。试验结果表明,夏秋季在平地选株运到海拔800m左右的山区假植留种,待越过平地的高温期后再移回平地留种,种株成活率达80%以上。同时,应用高海拔山区假植法留种,促使大白菜提早通过春化阶段,移回平地后种植可提早开花结实,12月份就能收到种子。将采收的种子立即播种进行小株留种,4、5月又能收到种子。实现了在自然条件下一年繁殖两代,加快了育种进程。 In this study,the seedreserving techniques for the heat\|resistant Chinese cabbage in South China area were explored by using low\|temperature storage,splitting cuttage,heeling in high\|altitude area.It was found from the results that,the survival rate of seed plants was over 80% by heeling the plants in the mountain area of 800 meter above sea level during hot period in summer and autumn seasons then removed back to plain area.The method of heeling in high\|altitude area,in other hand,facilitated the vernalization of Chinese cabbage in more eatly time,and promoted the blooming and seed\|yielding of seed plants when moving back to plain area.In this way the seeds could be harvested in December.The harvested seeds were then sowed immidiately for the seed reservation by plantlets,and the seeds were harvested in next April or May.The two\|generation propagation under natural condition was realized,and the breeding process was fastened.
