饲料中不同铜、铁、锌水平对早期断奶仔猪生长性能及相关酶指标的影响

Effect of different level of trace element copper、iron、zinc on performance and related enyme indexes for early weaning pigs

选用126头相同品种(长白×大约克)早期断奶仔猪(8～9kg),通过对比饲养试验、血液相关酶指标分析,研究高铜水平下铁、锌的适宜比例。试验结果表明,风干饲料中添加铜250mg·kg-1、铁130mg·kg-1、锌130mg·kg-1的处理,对早期断奶仔猪的增重效果较佳,其血液中含有较高浓度的血浆铜蓝蛋白。

An experiment was carried out with 126 early weaning same breed (Changbai×Dayueke) pigs (weight 8-9 kg),using the comparative feeding and testing of related enzyme for studing the optimum proportion of Fe、Zn under high Cu. The results showed that,the early weaning piglets fed on the basal diets supplemented with Cu 250 mg·kg -1 、 Fe 130 mg·kg -1 、 Zn 130 mg·kg -1 ,reached more weight gain and more high concentration of ceruloplasmin,than the other groups.
