摘要
通过层次分析法建立高层建筑火灾风险评估的层次结构,利用云理论将评估指标的重要性语言值和评价语言值转换为云的数字特征,再通过云的算数运算规则得出系统顶层指标的定量评估值,最后将其转换为符合人习惯的定性评价。该方法能完全反映出多因素对高层建筑火灾风险最终评估的影响,过程简单易行,结果客观合理,实用性和可操作性强。
The hierarchy structure of fire risk assessment for high-rise buildings was built by AHP.Some qualitative description of index's weight and comment with natural languages were transferred into mathematical characteristics by cloud theory.An integrated assessment on the whole organizational performance was received through cloud arithmetic operation rules,and then transferred into qualitative estimation.The method can reflect multi-factors' influence to the high-rise building fire risk assessment.The process is feasible and simple,and the result is reasonable,which can make the fire risk assessment more scientific and accurate.
