推动"两化"(信息化和工业化)深度融合,对加快转变经济发展方式具有重大意义。目前,我国"两化"融合规划布局初步成形,在制造业内部、资源能源供给体系、节能减排、生产性服务业发展方面的成效初步显现,但在政府、企业、社会、技术和立法层面还存在不少问题。应从加强信息技术自主创新、发挥信息技术的创新作用和倍增效应、利用信息化推进和谐社会建设、营造"两化"融合发展的良好环境、强化信息化人力资源建设等方面加以改进和完善。

The promotion of deep integration of informationization and industrialization has great significance to accelerate the transformation of economic development.At present,China＇s integration plan of informationization and industrialization has initially revealed,and the effect has initially appeared in the aspects of manufacturing industry,resource and energy supply system,energy saving and emission reduction,development of producing services.But there are still many problems in government,business,social,technology and legislation.We should improve and consummate them in the aspects of enhancing independent innovation of information technology,exerting the innovation function and multiple effect of information technology,making use of information technology to promote the construction of harmonious society,creating good environment of the integrated development of informationization and industrialization,strengthening human resources in information technology.
