摘要
提出增加柱间支撑的方法,以解决竖向不规则框架结构独立基础不均匀沉降的问题.通过有限元分析及试验验证,理论分析结果与实际吻合较好.该方法施工方便,构造简单,且提高了建筑物的抗震性能,经过分析对比,在不影响建筑使用功能和建筑美观的同时,可大大降低工程造价.
To solve the problem of uneven settlement of independent foundation of difference frame structure,the way of increased the column bracings is proposed.The finite element analysis and experimental results show that the theoretical analysis results of the proposed method are in conformity with practice.The proposed method has the advantages of easy construction,structure simple,and improves the seismic performance of buildings.Contrast and analysis indicate that the proposed method can greatly reduce engineering cost without prejudice to the use of architectural features and aesthetics of architecture at the same time.
