大西安地区主体功能区规划初探

Preliminary Study on the Division of Main Function Zones in "Big Xi'an Area"

文章根据大西安地区发展情况,建立由资源环境承载能力、现有开发强度、区域发展潜力等因素构成的指标体系,以25个区、县为基本空间单元,运用SPSS17.0统计分析软件中的主成分分析法和聚类分析法划定了四类主体功能区。以期为西安市制定差别化区域政策,统筹区域可持续发展提供战略指导,并为我国主体功能区划分提供理论参考。

According to the development of ＂big Xi＇an area＂,an index system was built in the essay,which consists of resources environment bearing capacity,current developing density and area developing potential,as a standard of the division of four sorts of main function zones.Then choosing 25 districts（counties） as basic analytic units,the main function zones in ＂big Xi＇an area＂ were divided by methods of principal component analysis and clustering analysis in SPSS 17.0 statistical software.This paper prefered to provide strategetic guidelines for making different regional policies and managing regional sustainable development,as well as offered theoretical reference for dividing main function zones of China.
