摘要
纵观中外,企业的领导行为对企业文化的形成起着至关重要的作用。文章以我国国有企业及欧美知名企业为研究对象,通过对领导行为的四个维度分析,分别阐述中美企业领导者行为对企业文化的影响,并对我国企业的发展提出方向性的对策建议。
The leadership behavior has a very important role to the corporate culture.In this thesis,we set state-owned enterprises in our country and well-known enterprises of United States as the research object,and research the leadership behavior affect the corporate culture with four dimensions,at last we give some proposals for improving the corporate culture and leadership behavior of Chinese enterprise.
