阳离子染料可染涤纶纤维的染色工艺 被引量:5

摘要 从染色工艺方面对阳离子可染改性涤纶的染色性能进行了研究。通过逐次改变单一因素保持其他因素不变的方法进行对比试验,测定各实验组纤维上染百分率,并进一步探讨了染料用量、酸度、助剂用量和时间对染色性能的影响。得出阳离子染改性涤纶的最佳染色工艺为:染料用量0.5%(owf),匀染剂1227用量0.5%(owf),醋酸钠用量1.0%(owf),pH值3.5~4.5,保温温度100℃,保温时间60 min,浴比30∶1。 The dyeing performance of modified polyester using cationic dye was studied from the dyeing process aspect.We carried on the comparative tests through the method of successively changing single factor but keeping other factors fixed,and measured the fiber dyeing percentage of each experimental group,and to further discussed the effects of dye,acidity,additives dosage and time on dyeing performance.The best dyeing process of modified polyester using cationic dye is like this: quality score of dye of 0.5%(owf),leveler 1227 of 0.5%(owf),sodium acetate of 1.0%(owf),pH value of 3.5-4.5,insulation temperature of 100 ℃,insulation time of 60 min,bath ratio of 30∶1.
