摘要 中低渗油藏预交联复合调剖段塞注入方式研究是工艺优化的一项重要内容。通过物模实验研究了三种基本段塞注入方式下复合调剖体系注入压力、高渗层分配堵剂比例变化以及低渗层污染深度的差异。结果表明:中低渗油藏条件下段塞注入方式对调剖的影响比高渗油藏显著;预交联颗粒在中低渗油藏中选择注入性较差,注入过程中压力上升较快;凝胶+颗粒同时注入方式,注入压力上升幅度最低,堵剂选择注入性整体最好,可以避免颗粒井筒沉积,有利于更好实现中低渗油藏深部调剖和保护非目标层。 Slug injection mode is an important study content to low and moderate permeability reservoir.Core experiments have been conducted to study injection pressure,proportion of plugging agent in high permeability layer,and damage degree of low-permeability layer under three injection modes.The results show that the effect of injection mode for profile modification in low and moderate permeability reservoirs is bigger than that in high-permeability reservoir.Expansive granule has poor selective injection in low-to-moderate permeability reservoir,and the pressure rises quickly during the injection process.When gel and expansive granule are simultaneously injected into the cores,the increase range of injection pressure is lowest,and the plugging agent has the best selective injection ability to avoid the granule deposition in the wellbore which is beneficial to the deep profile modification and protection of non-target layers.
