中国饭店职业经理人诚信体系构建研究

摘要 诚信是饭店在经济社会中生存与发展的前提,更是提高饭店服务竞争力的关键。饭店职业经理人作为饭店的核心人物,其诚信程度直接关系到饭店的前途与命运。因此,构建饭店职业经理人诚信体系便显得尤为重要。文章对目前中国饭店职业经理人诚信缺失的原因及影响诚信体系构建的因素进行分析,并提出饭店职业经理人诚信价值体系的构建策略。 Integrity comes first in the management of restaurants under market economy,and it also plays a key role in improving the service competitiveness among restaurants.As main characters in restaurant management,professional managers understand that their integrity is greatly related to the fate of their restaurants,and thus it is particularly important to construct the integrity system for professional managers. An analysis is made of the causes for the lack of integrity,and of elements affecting the construction of integrity for professional managers in China's restaurants.The strategy for the construction is proposed for the professional managers in restaurants.
