次区域经济合作理论及其在大湄公河次区域合作中的应用

Therory of Sub-region Economy Cooperation and the Application in Greater Mekong Sub-region

次区域经济合作是边境相邻的国家(地区)之间的经济合作,有其特定的内涵、特征和效应。次区域经济合作依靠地缘关系与合作协议双重便利,可加大产业对接的力度与效果。大湄公河流域的次区域经济合作使得该流域的经济发展已出现新格局:提升了出海口岸的利用效率;开展了多国协调合作;产生优势互补效应。通过参与GMS,中国云南、广西两省区也获得了新的合作机遇。

Sub-region economy cooperation is a kind of cooperation cooperated by the neighboring countries with specific meaning, characteristics, and effect. Such cooperation will improve the degree and effect of the industrial connection based on the convenience of both geographical position and cooperate agreement. In Greater Mekong region, the Sub-region coopera- tion has brought a new economic developing phase： the ports efficiency has been improved; multi national coordination mea- sures has been carried out; complementary advantages effect has emerged. Yunnan and Guangxi abtain a new cooperative opportunity after paticipating the GMS.
