摘要
为了解护理专业学生对职业教育需求的现状以提高护理职业教育质量,对黄石理工学院医学院护理系在校238名注册学生进行问卷调查。结果为大部分学生表示需要职业教育,对职业教育措施也表现出较高的需求。学校在培养高素质精业务、适应社会需要的新一代护理专业人才中,应该使学生树立高度的职业责任心并加强自身职业修养。
To investigate the present situation about nursing students＇ need of vocational edcation and to improve the quality of nursing vocational education,a questionaire survey was conducted among 238 registered nursing students of medical school of Huangshi Institute of Technology.The survey results showed that most students needed vocational education and vocational education measures.Schools should make nursing students strengthen high vocational responsibility and intensify their vocational self-cultivation in the course of training new high quality nursing talents who possess excellent professional skills and meet needs of the society.
