高速铁路车站管理模式的创新

Innovation of Management Mode in a High-speed Railway Station

高速铁路车站是全新的铁路运营领域,其特点和管理要求与既有线有本质差别。分析现有的高铁车站管理特点,现存的几种高铁车站管理模式。高铁车站管理面临的问题主要为尚未形成统一高效的管理模式,专业管理薄弱,管理成本较大。根据西安铁路局的探索,分析高铁车站一体化集中管理模式。

High-speed railway station is a brand new railway operational area.And its characteristics and management demands are totally different with that of current lines.This paper firstly analyzes management characteristics and existing management modes of high-speed station.There exist three main problems： a unified and efficient management mode has not come into being;professional management is weak;and the management cost is too large.According to exploration of Xi’an Railway Bureau,this paper lastly analyzes the integration centralized management in a high-speed railway station.
