试论弱势群体的社会保障问题

On Social Security for Disadvantaged Groups

在贯彻落实党中央、国务院关于民生问题一系列方针政策的形势下,在发展经济的同时,建立和完善我国弱势群体的社会保障体系,保护弱势群体的利益,有助于社会的稳定和经济的发展。鉴于弱势群体的特征,文章提出应重点完善一般弱势群体和特殊弱势群体的社会保障问题。

Under the situation of implementation of a series of policies formulated by the central committee and the state council,China＇s social security system should be established and improved for vulnerable groups,when developing the economy,which will protect the interests of these groups and contribute to social stability and economic development.In the light of the characteristics of the vulnerable groups,this paper points out that we should focus on improving the social security of these vulnerable groups and special vulnerable groups.
