摘要
本试验以制种稻冈优46A的母本稻秸和生产稻冈优26的稻秸为青贮原料,添加不同水平糖源进行二次排气青贮。分别于青贮后8d、20d、45d,测定青贮稻草中粗蛋白、酸性洗涤纤维、中性洗涤纤维、水分的含量以及pH值,分析青贮品质以及青贮营养成分的差异。结果表明:冈优46A原料中粗蛋白、酸性洗涤纤维高于冈优26;在同一糖源同一水平下冈优46A的pH值和TBN均低于冈优26,差异极显著(P<0.01);糖源浓度在一定范围内随着糖源浓度的增加,青贮饲料的营养价值逐渐改善;两种稻草在不同时间段的H2O、CP、NDF、ADF等各营养成分都表现出差异显著性(P<0.05)。
Straws of seeding-use rice Gangyou46A’s female parent and producing-use rice Gangyou26 were used as raw materials in this experience.And then add different levels of sugar sources to take second exhaust silage.Respectively after 8d、20d、45d,CP、ADF、NDF、H2O、PH values of the silage rice straws were tested,in order to analyze the quality and the difference of compositions of the silage.The results showed that: CP value ADF values of raw material Gangyou46A were higher than that of Gangyou26;under the same level of the same sugar source,the values of pH TBN of Gangyou46A were both lower than that of Gangyou26.The differences were quite significant (P0.01);within a certain scope,as the concentration level of the sugar sources went higher,the quality of silage went better;nutrition compositions such as H2O、CP、NDF、ADF etc of the two kinds of straws showed a significant difference (P0.05) in different time.
