我国是农业大国，迫切需要发展农畜产品深加工企业。当前我国农畜产品深加工企业主要存在以下问题：加工技术和设备落后，科技创新能力差；企业品牌意识不足，核心竞争力弱；企业与农户之间利益连接机制不完善。加快发展农畜产品深加工企业必须采取以下措施：政策支持；提高科技创新能力；加强品牌建设，提高核心竞争力；创新企业与农户之间利益连接机制。

China is a large agricultural country, the urgent need is to develop agricuhural processing enterprises. Currently agricultural products processing enterprises have following problems： processing technology and equipment behind, poor research and innovation; less than brand awareness, weak core competitiveness; interest connection mechanisms of between the enterprises and farmers are inadequate. Accelerating the development of agricultural processing enterprises must take the following measures： policy support; enhance scientific and technological innovation; to strengthen brand building, and improve core competitiveness; innovative the interest connection mechanism of between enterprises and farmers.
