城市化对农村居民生活质量影响的实证研究——以城乡综合配套改革试验区重庆为例

The Impact of Urbanization on Rural Residents' Quality of Life: A Case Study of Chongqing

在构建农村居民生活质量和城市化发展的评价指标体系基础上,运用因子分析法对重庆城市化发展对农村居民生活质量的影响进行了分析,主要有以下的实证发现:第一,现阶段重庆的城市化建设对提高农民生活质量有着显著的促进作用;第二,长期来看,当实现城乡一体化后,城市化对提高农民生活质量的促进作用将不再显著。

Based on the construction of index systems of rural residents' quality of life and urbanizing process,this article applies factor analysis approach to urbanization of Chongqing and its impact on rural residents' quality of life.It mainly has two empirical conclusions as follows.First,the present urbanizing development remarkably promotes villagers' quality of life;second,in a long term,urbanization will have little obvious enhancement in villagers' quality of life with the completion of the coordinated development of urban-rural areas.
