摘要 为优化植物乳杆菌在静置条件下的生长条件,以植物乳杆菌为试材,采用摇瓶发酵试验方法,探讨发酵温度、培养基初始pH值、接种量对菌体生长的影响。试验结果表明,植物乳杆菌的最佳培养条件为:起始pH值7.0~7.3,培养温度37~40℃,接种量5%(V/V),发酵时间24h;在此条件下培养,活菌数可达9.47×109cfu/mL。培养条件优化后,得到的活菌数是基础培养基的1.8倍。 In order to optimize the growth conditions for Lactobacillus plantarum under static condition, taking Lactobacillus plantarum as the test material, shake flask fermentation method was adopted to study the effect of fermentation temperature, initial pH value of culture medium, and inoculation amount on the growth of thallus. The experiment results show that the optimum culture condition is as follows: initial pH value ranges from 7.0 to 7.3, temperature 37~40 ~C, inoculation amount 5%(V/V), fermentation time 24 h. Under this culture condition, the viable count reaches 9.47×10^9 cfu/mL, which is 1.8 times that of basal medium.
