摘要
玉竹为常用中药,多糖是其主要有效成分。采用水溶醇沉法提取玉竹中的多糖,确定其最佳提取工艺条件为料液比1∶15、温度70℃、时间1.0h、乙醇浓度95%,此时玉竹多糖的提取率最高,为8.13%。
The jade bamboo is commonly used to nourish yin. The polysaccharide is the main active ingredients of the jade bamboo. It has function to raise moisture, induce saliva and lift thirst. Few people study the extraction of polysaccharide in the jade bamboo. Therefore, the author of the paper wants to determine the optimal extraction process using the way of water extraction - ethanol precipitation to get the polysaceharide from the jade bamboo. The determination optimum extraction technological conditions are as follows： the ratio of feed liquid is 1：15, temperature 70 ℃, time 1 h, ethyl alcohol density 95%, with the result of the highest jade bamboo polysaccharide extraction rate, 8.13%.
