口服降糖药利用分析

Analysis on use of oral hypoglycemic agents from 2008 to 2009

目的了解和分析我院2008～2009年口服降糖药使用情况,为临床用药提供参考。方法对我院2008～2009年口服降糖药的用药金额及用药频度等方面进行统计。结果用药金额居前的分别为瑞格列奈、阿卡波糖、罗格列酮、格列吡嗪、格列齐特,用药频度居前的分别为二甲双胍、瑞格列奈、格列齐特、格列吡嗪、阿卡波糖。结论我院口服降糖药种类全面,新型降糖药得到应用。

Objective To understand and analyze the use of oral hypoglycemic agents in our hospital from 2008 to 2009,and provide basrs for clinical medication.Methods The oral hypoglycemic agents used in our hospital were analyzed in terms of drug amout,DDDs etc.Results The top of the amount of drugs were Repaglinide,Acarbose,Rosiglitazone,Glipizide,Gliclazide.DDDs were Metformin,Repaglinide,Gliclazide,Glipizide,Acarbose.Conclusion Types of oral hypoglycemic agents complete,the new hypoglycemic agents applied.
