78例胫骨骨折的外科手术治疗效果分析

The rapeutic effect analysis of 78 cases of tibial fractures surgery

目的分析胫骨平台骨折手术治疗各种方法的效果。方法对我院2007年5月至2010年7月胫骨平台骨折患者手术术后治疗效果进行分析。结果根据Sanders膝关节评分法,总优良率87.18%。结论根据骨折的不同分型和患者的不同情况,应进行合理的、正确的手术方式,选择合适的固定物,术后进行合理的恢复训练都是治疗效果的关键所在。

Objective To analyse the effect of various methods treatment for the tibial plateau fracture.Methods From May 2007 and 2010 July,tibial plateau fracture patients operative treatment effect was analysed.Results According to Sanders knee pointrating method,the total dykes was 87.18%.Conclusion According to the different classification and fracture patients with different situation,should carry out the reasonable and correct operation method,choose appropriate fixation,postoperative reasonable recovery training is the key to healing.
