瑞芬太尼在神经外科手术麻醉中的应用研究 被引量:14

摘要 目的探讨瑞芬太尼在神经外科手术中的麻醉效果。方法将240例颅脑手术患者随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组予瑞芬太尼诱导,丙泊酚加瑞芬太尼维持,对照组予芬太尼诱导,丙泊酚加瑞芬太尼维持。观察两组临床指标。结果实验组和对照组CMRO2、CBF、ICP、MAP、SPO2、HR麻醉后均较麻醉前降低(P<0.05);自主呼吸恢复时间、拔管时间组间比较实验组小于对照组P<0.05);OAAS评分、Steward评分组间比较,实验组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论神经外科手术丙泊酚与瑞芬太尼组合麻醉效果满意,优于丙泊酚与芬太尼组合。
