阿魏酸钠注射液辅治糖尿病心肌病疗效观察

The effect observation of sodium ferulate in diabetic cardiomyopathy

目的观察阿魏酸钠注射液辅治糖尿病心肌病患者的临床疗效。方法将40例糖尿病心肌病患者随机分为治疗组20例和对照组20例。对照组给予皮下注射胰岛素控制血糖,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用阿魏酸钠注射液静脉滴注。比较2组治疗前后空腹血糖(FBG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、血脂水平及心脏彩色多普勒超声的变化。结果 2组FBG、HbA1c较治疗前均有明显降低(P<0.05或P<0.01),2组间比较无明显差异(P>0.05);2组治疗后总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),治疗组TC、TG降低水平较对照组明显(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后EF值、E/A比值均有改善(P<0.05),2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阿魏酸钠注射液辅治糖尿病心肌病疗效好,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of sodium ferulate in diabetic cardiomyopathy. Methods 40 cases patients of diabetic cardiomyopathy were randomly divided into treatment group （n = 20）and control group（ n = 20）. Control group were given subcutaneous injection of insulin to control blood sugar, treatment group were treated with sodium ferulate injection on the basis of control group. And compared fasting blood glucose （ FBG）, glycosylated serum protein （ HbAI C）, blood lipids, heart CDFI of two groups. Results After treatment, the level of FBG and HbAlc of two groups decreased significantly （P 〈0.05 or P 〈0.01 ） ;But compared with two groups,there had no difference（P 〉0.05）. After treatment,the level of total cholesterol（ TC ）, triglyceride （TG） of two groups decreased （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; The level of TC, TG of treatment group were most reduced than that of control group（ P 〈 0. 05 ）. After treatment, the level of EF and E/A ratio of treatment group were improved markedly（P 〈0.05）;Compared with control group, the level of EF and E/A ratio of treatment group significantly increased （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Sodium ferulate in diabetic cardiomyopathy has a good effect.
