椎体静脉造影在经皮椎体成形术中的意义探讨 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨椎体静脉造影(VVG)在经皮椎体成形术(PVP)中有无指导意义。方法将2003-2009年本院行PVP患者220例根据时间和治疗方法分为A组98例(144节)和B组122例(209节)。A组行VVG后再行PVP,B组直接行PVP。观察比较2组的临床疗效及聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)骨水泥渗漏情况。结果 2组临床疗效及骨水泥渗漏发生率比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论椎VVG在PVP术中无明显指导意义,直接注入PMMA不仅简化PVP操作,也减少了操作者和患者的X线照射时间,而且有助于降低手术成本,值得临床推广应用。
