危重型甲型H1N1流感1例血流动力学监测的护理体会

摘要 危重型患者多因严重急性呼吸窘迫综合征（ARDS）致严重氧合障碍而危及生命,我科收治严重ARDS合并严重的心力衰竭且同时被诊断为甲型H1N1流感的患者1例.经过积极的呼吸循环支持、抗病毒等治疗,并于患者最危重时期通过肺动脉导管采集了大量的重要血流动力学数据,以指导各种血管活性药物的使用及液体治疗的调整,患者最终病情好转,于康复期转出重症医学科.
