摘要 用KOH 为活化剂对经水蒸气进行轻度活化后的PAN 基活性炭毡(ACFs) 进行了二次活化,考察了KOH 的浸渍比、活化时间、活化温度对活性炭毡吸附性能及孔结构的影响,发现KOH 浸渍比在190 % 左右、活化温度在800℃、活化时间为50 min 的活化条件下所得ACFs 的吸附能力较高,适合作为制造纤维状的炭分子筛的前驱体。 PAN-based active felt,which was activated slightly in water steam,was used as starting materials and was activated by potassium hydroxide with an aim of producing molecular sieve carbon felt.Effects of the imprenated KOH ratio,activation temperature,active time on adsorption capacity and porous structure of carbon felt were investigated experimentally.The results show that when the ratio of impregnated KOH is 190%,the activation temperature 800 ℃and the active time is 50 min, the adsorptive capacity of activated carbon felt reaches a maximum.This material is suitable for preparing fibers CMS.
