摘要
随着电子产品不断向高密度,细间距和低缺陷的方向发展,表面贴装技术(SMT)的应用越来越广泛。针对表面贴装生产线中各关键设备缺乏有效地集中监控这一问题,设计并实现一个表面贴装关键设备参数库。详细分析了数据采集、数据显示、数据查询和统计分析等3个组成模块,通过对参数库的实现和测试,参数库可帮助工作人员进行生产的监控和数据的统计分析,从而提高了人员的工作效率和产品加工的可追溯性。
With the development of miniature electronic products with high density, narrow spacing and low defects, surface mount technology (SMT) has been widely used in various aspects. According to the hcking of concentrated supervision in product line about the key equipment, a SMT key equipment parameter database is designed. The composition modules such as data collection, data presentation and data query are analyzed in detail. The test results show that the parameter database can work effectively in production monitoring and data analysis, which is helpful for efficiency improvement and production traceability.
