经编光边弹力裤片的编织方法

目前,市面上的经编弹力紧身裤片及其光边的编织是以2梳的4横列一循环的滑面弹力裤片作为裤片主体,后辅以1梳的编链组织,通过适当的穿纱工艺形成光洁的边。这种方法虽然能形成独立的两个裤片,但是不能形成左右两边完全对称的光洁的边缘。介绍了一种新的编织方法,使得裤片整体得到了较好的改善。

Currently,the warp knitted elastic tight trousers piece and its selvedges in the market uses the two guide-bar structure with four course repeat as main part and takes single guide-bar chain structure with appropriate threading way as selvedges.Although this method can produce two independent trousers pieces,the completely symmetrical smooth selvedges cannot be achieved.This paper introduces a new knitting method,which effectively improves the trousers pieces.
