Design of new type of flexible shaft control device used on the automatic electronic glove knitting machine

对现阶段各类全自动电脑手套机软轴控制装置的结构进行分析,发现该控制装置不但结构复杂、装配不便,而且用户在使用维修方面也相当不便。针对这类问题,设计了一套具有结构简单、使用方便等优点的软轴控制装置,降低了机器的生产成本,方便了用户使用。

By analyzing the structures of flexible shaft control device used on the current automatic electronic glove knitting machines,it is found that nearly all of them are structural complicated,not easy to assemble and make maintenance.In view of these problems,this paper designs a set of new flexible shaft control device which bears much simpler structure,is easier to use and reduces the producing cost.
