聚乳酸纤维与棉混纺织物定量分析方法的探讨

A research on the quantitative analysis of the polylactic acid and cotton fiber blended fabric

为了分析现行标准中75%硫酸法与二氯甲烷法两种试验方法的有效性,用同种聚乳酸与棉混纺试样同时采用75%硫酸法和二氯甲烷法进行含量测试。介绍了两种试验方法的溶解试验步骤,比较了两种方法处理后聚乳酸纤维的质量损失,以及聚乳酸纤维与棉混纺试样的比对情况。结果表明,75%硫酸法比二氯甲烷法在操作上更加简便,具有明显的优势。

In order to analyze the effectiveness of methylene chloride method and 75% sulfuric acid method in the standard,this paper makes the content testing of polylactic acid and cotton blended fabric samples.It introduces the steps of dissolving experiment,and compares the mass loss of polylactic acid fiber by using these two methods.The results show that 75% sulfuric acid method is much easier to operate than the methylene chloride method,and it can be concluded that the 75% sulfuric acid method bears much more predominance.
