校园典礼的多重育人价值及其发掘

The Multiple Value of the Campus Culture and Its Exploration

作为校园文化的重要组成部分,校园典礼具有凝聚共识、提升素质、振奋精神、促进和谐的重要作用。校园典礼不仅是一套程序化的仪式,更是一门潜在课程,是高校培育人才的重要途径。进入新时期以来,传统的校园典礼活动已逐渐滞后于学生成长的现实需求。文章分析了校园典礼所具有的多重育人价值,以北大的工作实践为例,探索了创新典礼活动、深化育人价值的可行策略,并结合学生工作"精致化"的要求,对校园文化建设的未来发展提出了思路。

Being one of the most significant component of the campus culture,campus ceremony can play such important roles as gathering common senses,raising students＇ quality,inspiring spirits and promoting the harmonious atmosphere.Campus ceremony is not only a set of process,but also a potential course which can be regarded as an approach to cultivate higher educated personnel.With the entrance of the new times,some traditional ceremonies are falling behind the changing demands of the growing students.This paper provided an analysis of the multiple educating values of the campus ceremony and by taking the practice of Beijing university as example,explored the some feasible strategies to create some new ceremony forms and raising its educating value.Combined with the requirement of the refinement of campus work,some suggestions were put foreword so as to promote the further development of the construction of campus culture.
