基于当代公民社会转型的体育志愿行动社会价值述微

On Social Value of Sports Voluntary Action Based on Transition of Contemporary Civil Society

结合当代中国社会创新的特质即当代公民社会转型,探讨体育志愿行动在当代中国公民社会转型中的社会价值。主要体现在以下几方面:体育志愿行动促进公民社会的微观组织单元(社区)的建设与发展,为社会中互惠机制的建立创造条件,为社会弱势群体平等参与体育活动提供保障,弥补政府体育公共服务供给的不足,为公民提供表达自身体育利益诉求的空间。

Based on the nature of the social innovation in contemporary China--the transition of the contemporary civil society, the present paper explored the social values of sports voluntary actions in the transition of China civil society in contemporary times. The findings revealed that the social values are mainly reflected in the following five aspects： sports voluntary actions promote the construction and development of community--the micro unit of civil society; sports voluntary actions create conditions for the establishment of the mutually beneficial mechanism in society; sports voluntary actions provide guarantee for the equal participation in sports activities for the social vulnerable groups; sports voluntary actions make up the inadequacy in governmental sports public service; and finally sports voluntary action provided the citizens with space for expressing their sports benefits appeal.
