摘要
本文从有色金属行业高技能人才数量短缺、结构失衡的现状出发,分析认为人才队伍建设机制不健全是高技能人才匮乏的根本原因。提出要以市场为导向、以企业为主体,创新有色金属行业高技能人才队伍建设的培养机制、评价机制、激励机制和流动机制,为行业发展提供人才支撑。
This paper begins with the current situation of the shortage of high-skilled talents and the imbalance of composition of these talents in nonferrous industry.It then comes to the conclusion that the basic reason which causes the lack of these talents is that the system of talent team construction is not sound.Therefore,the paper proposes that we should take the market as the guide and regard enterprises as the main body to innovate the system of cultivation,evaluation,motivation and flow in the team constrution of high-skilled talents to provide the support of talented people for the development of nonferrous industry.
