长株潭低碳经济发展若干思考

A Research on Development Strategy of Low-carbon Economy for Chang-Zhu-Tan Urban Agglomeration

长株潭作为湖南经济发展的核心增长极,不仅肩负着保持经济快速稳定发展的使命,同时作为国家的"两型社会"建设综合配套改革试验区,也肩负着尽快实现经济增长方式转变的使命,低碳经济将成为长株潭地区解决目前两大难题的重大突破口。依据长株潭地区社会经济的现实发展状况,长株潭地区应该全面发展低碳农业、低碳工业、低碳服务业,建立低碳城市,重点发展低碳工业。

As the core power of Hunan＇s economic growth,the Chang-Zhu-Tan urban agglomeration（CZT for short） shoulders the mission of maintaining a rapid and stable economic growth;and as the nation＇s comprehensive reform pilot area for Two-Oriented Society,CZT also shoulders the mission of realizing the evolution of economic growth mode as quickly as possible.The low-carbon economy has become the key breach to accomplish the hard missions.According to the actual situations of CZT＇s society and economy,a practical development strategy of low-carbon economy is proposed in the paper,which is to propose a total development of low-carbon agriculture,low-carbon industry and low-carbon service industry,building low-carbon cities with a focus of low-carbon industry.
