论高职院校新校区校园精神文化的培育

On the Developing of Spritual Culture for New Campus of High Vocational Schools

校园精神文化是校园文化的核心和灵魂。在高职院校随着发展趋势兴起新校区建设高潮时,其校园精神文化却严重滞后于现代化校园硬件建设。其原因主要来自管理者对精神文化价值的忽视;新校区建设规划对精神文化的淡漠;以及多校区管理问题致使精神文化培育断链。而要培育良好的高职院校新校区校园精神文化,既要注重校园人文环境营造又要结合高职教育自身特色注重企业文化的熏陶。

The campus spiritual culture is the core and soul of campus culture.With the trend of developing new campus by high vocational schools,actually spiritual culture is seriously lagging behind the hardware construction of mordernization campus.The main reason is ignoring of spiritual cultural values by managers,indifference to spiritual culture by new campus construction plan,and chain scission of spiritual culture because of multi-campus management.To develop a good spirit of the new campus culture,it is necessary to pay attention to not only human environment but also corporating of its own characteristics with high vocational education.
