高职院校学分制教学管理的问题与对策

Main Problems and Countermeasures of the Management of Vocational College Credit System

学分制是近年我国高职院校已经普遍实行的一种教学管理制度。在实施过程取得了显著成效的同时也存在一些问题,高职院校应在实践中转变教学管理观念、优化人才培养方案、加强师资队伍建设、充分利用教学资源、完善导师制度加强分制管理,逐步完善学分制教学管理模式。

The Credit system in China＇s Vocational College has been widely practiced in a teaching management system in recent years.In the implementation process it has made remarkable achievements and there are some problems at the same time.As for the higher vocational colleges,they should take changes in the practice of teaching management concepts,optimize personnel training programs to strengthen the teaching staff,make full use of teaching resources,improve the mentoring system to enhance sub-system management and gradually improve the credit system management.
