摘要
根据现场实测数据和设计经验,对抗生素发酵培养基灭菌实消冷却过程三要素加以探讨,提出缩短冷却时间的设计建议,同时介绍射流式好氧发酵罐在提高传热效率方面的作用。
Based on site measurement data and design experience, this paper discusses the three element factors of cooling for actual steriling process of antibiotic fermentation medium in fermentation tank, raises the design suggestions for shortening the cooling period, and introduces the role of inject flow aerophile fermentation tank in raising heat transferring efficiency.
