某院195例剖宫产围手术期抗菌药物使用分析

目的:了解剖宫产手术患者围手术期抗菌药物的应用情况。方法:采用回顾性调查分析方法,对2010年1月至2010年12月195例剖宫产手术患者应用抗菌药物情况进行统计、分析。结果:195例患者围手术期使用了抗菌药物,占100%;使用一联抗菌药物的有171例,占87.69%;使用两联抗菌药物的有24例,占12.31%。使用青霉素类的有36例(阿洛西林25例、萘夫西林11例),占18.46%,使用头孢类的有132例(头孢一代45例、头孢二代41例、头孢三代46例),占67.69%,其他类的有27例(克林霉素20例、夫西地酸4例、氨曲南3例),占13.85%。结论:抗菌药物选择合格率过低,预防性使用抗菌药物的时间过长,预防性使用抗菌药物的时机比较合理。

Objective： Understanding of cesarean section in patients with perioperative application of antibiotics. Methods： Using the method of retrospective analysis, Statistical analysis of 195 cases of cesarean section patients with antimicrobial drug from January 2010 to December 2010. Results： 195 patients in perioperative have used antibiotics, Accounted for 100% ; Use one kind o~ antibacterial drugs, 171 eases, accounting for 87.69%. Use two kinds of antimicrobial drugs, 24 cases, accounting for 12.31%. The use of penicillin in 36 cases （ Azlocillin in 25 cases, nafcillin in 11 cases） , accounting for 18.46% , the use of cephalosporins in 132 cases（ Generation cephalosporins in 45 cases, 41 cases of second - generation cephalosporin, 46 cases of three generations of eephalosporins） , accounting for 67.69% , and 27 other types of eases（20 cases of clindamy- cin, 4 cases of fusidic acid, 3 cases of aztreonam） , accounting for 13.85%. Conclusion ： Choose low pass rate of antimicrobial agents, prophylactic use of antibiotics for too long, the timing of prophylactic use of antibiotics is reasonable.
