摘要
在剖析国内外地铁建设、运营中火灾事故特点和原因的基础上,结合西安地铁建设、运营的具体特点,对已出现的险性事故进行深刻剖析并认真总结事故教训。对地铁建设、运营中火灾事故预防、救援的对策进行了研究和探讨,着重对西安地铁建设及运营中火灾预防的各项措施、技术进行详细探讨、研究,以期营造西安地铁建设和运营的安全环境,减少或彻底消灭火灾等险性事故的发生,为地铁的安全建设和运营提供新的思路、方法和对策。
The article analyzes the dangerous accidents in the construction of Xi＇an metro, summarizes the experiences gained from the real fire accidents in construction and operation of domestic and abroad metro lines. Based on the specific characteristics of Xi＇an City, this paper discusses the plan for fire accident prevention and rescue in the construction and operation, investigates the measures adopted in Xi＇an metro. With the study, this paper hopes to create a safe environment, reduce or eliminate completely the fire or other accidents for the safety of metro construction and operation.
