借助长株潭城市群获批成为"两型社会"建设综合配套改革试验区这一契机,文章通过对长株潭产业供应链现状SWOT分析,提出了长株潭集群式供应链管理战略目标,并从两型社会环境、管理柔性化和标准化、产业竞合关系、物流设施网络体系、信息系统等方面进一步探讨了长株潭集群式供应链管理策略。

On the basis of ChangZhuTan Urban Agglomeration,this paper makes the SWOT analysis on the status quo of ChangZhuTan industrial development,proposes the strategic aim of supply chain cluster management,and further explores the measures of supply chain cluster management in ChangZhuTan in terms of society environment,flexible and standardization of management,industrialization collaboration and competing relationships,logistics facilities network system and information systems,etc.
