中西部欠发达地区农地流转研究

Study on Farmland Transfer in the Underdeveloped Central and Western Regions in China

相对于经济发达的东部地区,中西部地区的经济发展水平较低,农民对土地的依赖性更强,因此,农地流转中遇到的困难更多。文章通过对中西部欠发达地区农地流转的成效、存在的问题及制约因素的分析,提出中西部欠发达地区可以学习经济发达地区农地流转的相关经验,但不能盲目照搬,不能急于求成,只能根据自己的实际情况,因地制宜,审慎、稳妥地推进农地流转工作。

Compared with the developed eastern regions in China,the economic development level of the central and western regions is relatively lower,and the peasants＇ dependence on land is stronger.So there are more difficulties that the farmland meets in transfering.We can come to the conclusion by analyzing the effectiveness,existing problems and restraining factors of farmland transfer in the underdeveloped central and western regions in China.The underdeveloped central and western regions can study the relevant experience of farmland transfer from developed regions.But they can＇t imitate blindly,and they can＇t be anxious for success either.They should push forward the work of farmland transfer prudently and safely according to their own situation and local conditions.
