摘要
我国目前的生育保险制度存在着参保率享有率低、男性责任不突出、地方政府不重视等诸多方面的问题,需要不断探索和完善,它不仅关系着育龄女性的生育利益,还和她们是否能够得到公平的就业机会密切相关。在老龄化日益严重的背景下,劳动力不足势必影响中国经济的快速发展,因此生育保险制度的完善不仅关系到女性利益,而且和整个中国经济的发展密切相关。只有认识到男性在生育保险制度中的主要作用,才能使女性真正获得制度的保障,进而保护妇女平等就业的权利。
There are many problems in the maternity insurance system of China,such as the low enjoy rate and low rate of enlisting insurance,male responsibility is not prominent,and local governments take no account,and many other issues.Maternity insurance system of China still needs to be explored and perfected continually.It closely relates to not only the reproductive benefit of female in baby-bearing age,but also that whether they could get career opportunities fairly.In the growing aging background,the shortage of labor must affect the economic rapid development of China.Therefore,the improvement of maternity insurance system,not only related to the benefit of female,but also related to the entire economic development of China.Only when the society realizes that men are the important role of the reproductive process,can women really get the protection of system,thereby protecting equal employment rights of women.
